Mr. Sheng Heyu serves as the Artistic Director for the TV Series Production Center at Hunan Television. He has won numerous awards for his writings, including the Cultural Prize (granted by the Ministry of Culture) six times; Caoyu Drama and Literature Award many times; and Outstanding Playwright by the China Drama Festival.
